Build system changes:

Other:
- Rethink installer media image naming convention (these changes would make it much more intuitive for new users and doc writers)
- Text installer should be called 'Server' installer
- Live Media installer should be called 'Workstation' installer
- Text installer icon on GUI desktop should be renamed to 'Console Based Installer' (or something similar)
- Gui installer icon on GUI desktop should be renamed to 'Graphical installer' (or something similar)
